Note the Rydges Latimer is the venue for the AGM and Breakfast session. Coaches will transfer delegates to Christ's College following these sessions.

Accommodation terms and conditions
All prices are per room, per night and include goods and services tax (GST) at 15%. Breakfast is not included in the above rates.
If your council has charge back facilities set up at Distinction Hotel or Rydges Latimer you will be able to provide a charge back number when booking accommodation during the registration process.
If your council does not have charge back set up, credit card details are required to guarantee the booking.
Credit card details are encrypted in our database and stored in an electronic vault. Our payment service provider Centium Software, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your card holder data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.
Nothing will be deducted from your card prior to conference.
In case of your non arrival or cancellation within 30 days of the booking the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
